Sr. Environmental Scientist/Engineer – Pittsburgh, PA
Job Description:
Candidate will serve as Sr. Environmental Scientist/Engineer in the Pittsburgh, PA (Bridgewater, Beaver County) office. Candidate will have experience and ability to perform multimedia compliance projects for a variety of industrial clients. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing air quality and permitting projects in the area of new source review, minor new source review, prevention of significant deterioration, regulatory analysis, BACT, RACT, LAER, and MACT determinations, interpretation of air quality modeling results, compliance determinations, new source performance standards, air toxics regulations, State Implement Plan (SIP) programs, and interpretation and implementation of air quality regulations at the Federal, State, and Local level.
Skills & Experience:
- Ability to market and sell environmental services to industrial clients
- Manage and perform work on multimedia projects with minimal oversight or direction
- Demonstrates the potential to expand and diversify skill set of office
- Experience with heavy industry including: iron and steel, chemical, utilities, oil and gas, metal finishing, etc.
- Willingness to perform both office and field work as needed
- Relevant college education and preferably advanced degree in the areas of engineering and/or the sciences (Masters Chemical/Environmental Engineering will be given preference)
- Professional Engineering license (PE) is preferred
- Proven track record in the air quality permitting and regulatory analysis involving private and public sector business/customers in a progressive regulatory climate
- Well rounded set of skills and experience in greenhouse gas management, dispersion modeling, emissions estimation and inventory development, air monitoring/measurement (ambient and stack emission – field experience an asset) and industrial/regulatory permitting.
- Intimate knowledge of USEPA Clean Air Act regulations as applicable to iron and steel, chemical, cement, and/or oil and gas industries all extremely important
- Excellent technical analytical skills, including ability to review, analyze, and interpret technical documents, engineering drawings, professional journals, and applicable laws and regulations

CAD/GIS Designer - Cincinnati
Skills and Experience:
The CAD/GIS Drafter will prepare clear, complete, and accurate working plans and details of process drawings, maps, or other drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes for engineering and scientific purposes for use in proposals, quantity take offs, drawing design documents, plans, permit applications and for construction.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:

- Limited experience with MicroStation and transferring files between AutoDesk and MicroStation programs.
- Provide designs in 2-D or 3-D as directed.
- Knowledge of and ability to develop and implement drafting standards.
