STATEMENT OF WORK
This Environmental Minor Construction & Operations & Services (EMCOS) contract includes environmental minor construction, repair, remediation, and demolition services; environmental management operations and services; and incidental architect-engineer services. Activities will be carried out on a task order basis at various locations (primarily U.S. Air Force installations) worldwide, as well as any other sites for which the AFCEE customers have responsibility. Individual task order contracting arrangements include firm fixed price and time and materials.
Scope of work requirements support AFCEE and their customers in achieving environmental objectives in the areas of environmental compliance, pollution prevention, environmental and land-use planning, environmental restoration, environmental conservation, and other environmental services. Specific environmental operations and services activities include: air quality; hazardous waste management; hazardous materials management; solid waste management; pesticide management; POL management; water quality (drinking water and wastewater) management, ECAMP, PCB, asbestos, radon, and lead-based paint; and environmental GIS.
