STATEMENT OF WORK
This Environmental Remediation and Construction (ENRAC) contract encompasses the range of proven and innovative technologies and methods necessary to remedy, repair, alter, maintain, and operate environmental sites and related activities in accordance with technical and regulatory requirements. Activities will be carried out on a task-order basis at various locations (primarily U.S. Air Force installations) worldwide, as well as any other sites for which the AFCEE customers have responsibility. Individual task-order contracting arrangements include firm fixed price, cost plus award fee, cost plus fixed fee, or fixed price incentive.
Scope of work requirements may include implementation of presumptive and other remedies such as containment, monitoring, reduction, removal, transport, and treatment of waste; preparation, characterization, field investigation, conservation, and closure of sites; and demolition, restoration, repair, enhancement, or construction of facilities. Other requirements include operation and maintenance (O&M); designing, planning, programming, scoping, studying, investigating, evaluating, and consulting efforts; sampling, testing, and analysis; use of innovative technologies; support of hydrant refueling systems; handling hazardous materials and hazardous waste; and support of integrated solid waste management.
